If you have a Galaxy Watch 3 or earlier (Tizen OS) cannot use SMART CADDIE even if you purchase a subscription from the Google Play Store.
Galaxy Watch Golf Edition users may also purchase memberships by mistake.
If you have mistakenly made a purchase, there are options available for a refund. You can directly apply for a refund with Google or contact our customer service center with your purchase information, and we will verify the details and initiate a refund process for you.
To process the refund, we require the following information from you:
1. Your SMART CADDIE account (e.g.,john.doexxx@gmail.xxx)
2. Google order number GPA. 0000-0000-0000-00000 (a 17-digit number)
While the first requirement (①) is relatively straightforward, we understand that many users might be unsure about how to check the second requirement (②). Allow me to guide you on how to locate your Google order number.
Firstly, please check your email. Whenever you purchase a game or app service from the Google Play Store, Google sends a purchase receipt to the email associated with your account.
Open the email "Google Play Order Receipt" in your inbox and you will see your order number in the red box, as shown above.

The second way is to check the Google Pay.
Go to Google Pay.
Sign in to your Google Account .
Select Activity.
To get your receipt, select an order.
