Membership Refund
Within 48 hours of purchase : Refundable on the Google Store regardless of the use of the pass.
Within 7 days after 48 hours : Regardless of the use of the pass, please contact GolfzonDeca Customer Center.
(Please note that you cannot repurchase the membership within 30 days after getting refund.)
Premium Membership Transfer
Customers who purchased ‘Unlimited Membership(limited to only ONE registered Tizen OS Galaxy Watch)’ can transfer it to the ‘2-Years Membership(limited to only ONE registered Wear OS Galaxy Watch)’ and the right [‘Unlimited Membership(limited to only ONE registered Tizen OS Watch]’ is deleted.
As transferring the membership, the right to use is also vested in the account.
Once registered, the membership cannot be transferred to another account.
Customers who purchased Tizen OS Galaxy Watch Golf Edition(SMART CADDIE Exclusive) cannot transfer it to the Wear OS Galaxy Watch4,5.
Customers who purchased Wear OS Galaxy Watch Golf Edition(SMART CADDIE Exclusive) cannot transfer it to the Wear OS Galaxy Watch4,5(SMART CADDIE Non-Exclusive).
