[TIZEN OS] Possible to use the unlimited membership if I change the Galaxy Watch?






The unlimited membership of SMART CADDIE is only for Tizen OS Galaxy Watch. (e.g. Galaxy Watch3 and the previous models)


It can be used for limited to only ONE registered watch with ONE account.


After 1-YEAR membership period has expired, you can repurchase as well as register other watch with ONE account.


Please note that membership transfer only applies to customers who meet one of the following criteria;


1. Replaced the watch as a whole or a part at Samsung Service Center.

(Need to provide valid documents that prove the defective issue)


2. Within 30 days from the purchase date, transfer to (other device or account)

is possible ONLY ONCE


3. Transfer to (other device or account) is possible ONLYONCE in case of loss and damages from natural disasters.

※ It is impossible to transfer the unlimited membership that is applying at current device to a NEW Galaxy Watch if you are using the membership for about TWO MONTHS.


Please keep in mind that there are TWO types of SMART CADDIE MEMBERSHIP for

① Wear OS ② Tizen OS.


*Wear OS : Galaxy Watch4, Galaxy Watch5

*Tizen OS : Galaxy Watch3, Galaxy Watch, Galaxy Gear S3, Galaxy Watch Active2,

Galaxy Watch Active
